this is not a deep blue topic....
the optimal pressure is subjective. if you want it very reactive, turn the pressure up. if you want only a little reactivness, turn the pressure down. find a pressure that makes the trigger feel right to you, and that is YOUR optimal pressure.

500-600
I liked it between 500-600psi. It took most of the reactive trigger and left me with a sweet firing gun... I can't afford to feed paint to a gun who's trigger bounces like tigger...Comment
