I was just wondering if people who have used a level 7 bolt, and a level 10 bolt, with a warp feed find that the level 10 isn't that necessary...since the warp is a positive feed system and half fed balls are less likely to happen.
Is level 10 redundant with warp feed?

You are correct in your statement. This should also occur with a vert and a good hopper. The problem is that it will miss feed in the middle of a game and leave you hanging. A level 10 to me is like a seatbelt. I shouldnt need it, but sometimes poop happens. -
I found that I needed the level 10 for the times I am a moron and don't turn my hopper on to feed the warp, or I forget to change the warp battery
HOWEVER, I have played in a tournament where the paint was so brittle EVERY player broke at least one ball at least every second time on the field if not every time. I didn't break a ball all day

That, or you let the hopper run dry and the feeder can't push the last few balls in. Of course that happens only when you are occupied with the people on the other end, and that is the one ball you don't want to chop.Originally posted by TaoI found that I needed the level 10 for the times I am a moron and don't turn my hopper on to feed the warp, or I forget to change the warp battery

I have ran an EMag w/a warp and the stock (L7) bolt.
It could easily turn into a paint blender, and often did!
LX is the BEST thing to happen to Mags since the widespread usage of HPA systems. Higher and higher rates of fire require more safety measures to "stop the chop",
LX made it happen
