How do you remove the regulator piston? I need to switch it from the 8 hole mod back to stock. Please help me!

Just use a o-ring pick, a small allen wrench, or anything else somewhat long and narrow. Unscrew your regulator nut (the thing you use to adjust your velocity, take out the regulator spring pack, and then use your pick/wrench/whatever to push out the reg piston from the front half of the regulator body. -
