If you want the best of the best, an AGD Flatline regulator on any tank will do you fine. Fully adjustable so you can go from so low it can't shoot to so high you can't stop it and anything in between.

Otherwise, any tank with an output of 850psi (give or take 50psi) should work fine for you.

EDIT: Oh, and welcome to AO.

The Flatline is an excellent choice for sure, another good adjustable tank would be the Dynaflow by Centerflag. They've got a great deal going right now on rebuilt dynaflow regs (minus bottle) for $75... I'm waiting for them to call me so I can pay the man and they can ship it back to me. I have been using an Armageddon by Air America, it's an excellent running system despite the weight penalty. You can pick them up really cheap now since AA is no longer in business, but it's hit or miss finding parts for them (dont get me wrong they are still available). I haven't had any issues with mine yet since I keep my gear really clean.

There's many different routes you can go but for sure you will be most happy with an adjustable regulator, it will allow you to fine tune your marker to your own liking. High pressure (900+ to 1200 psi) will give you more reactive trigger and therefore you'll be able to rapid fire your gun, or you can run normal input pressures (700-850psi) and your tac one will be more consistent on the first shot of a string and also will be legal in tourneys and nit-picky fields. If you have a ult you can still rapid fire but it will take a little more massaging than just cranking up the pressure (you'll have to add more shims to the ult). Plus with an adjustable system if you have other guns in your stable you can run them as well and at their optimum input pressures. Hope this helps. Goodluck.
