    Level 10 bolt problem

Need a bit of tech help/advice here ..
    I got a level 10 bolt in a Classic pro ..Minimag ..
All works fine ..no leaks ..shoots perfect ..
But ..I cant get the 'anti-chop' to work. Tried all the options of different size carriers
and combinations of o rings ...but cant get the bolt to stop when it meets a half fed ball ..

currently got carrier with two rings and using 2 shims ..

    Any ideas ?

    Spring

Try a longer/stiffer spring. I suppose you're probably using the shortest spring. I had chops when using that spring too. I moved to the red spring and I haven't chopped once since.

If you get the proper carrier setup, don't change that. The springs change the impact force on the ball. Use a stiffer spring and it will reduce the starting force of the bolt.

When you are testing your setup, make sure you are holding pressure against the face of the bolt. If you are more than 1/4" away from the front of the bolt, then you will get full impact force. That's how the level 10 works.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
