Small Leak 2 On/Off assay

I have had a small leak in the on/off assembly for some time. It is a tiny leak and I have replaced ALL of the o-rings. It has now become apparent that the whole lot is popping out of the valve. I push it in as far as it will go, and then suddenly it pops out about a millimeter or two. Just enough to let a small amount of CO2 out. It's as if the O-ring on the top hat (brass value) are too tight causing then to push the whole assembly out. Has anyone else come accross this and how the hell do I fix it?

well it could be that the little white oring in the bottom part of the on/off assembly is not seated properly inside the clear yellow one

I think your right, the fit between the two o-rings is mighty tight, I'll have to try different combinations of o-rings until I get a snug fit!

same thing...no leak

I have the same thing happening with my on/off assy, i.e. when I push it in it pops out about a millimeter or so. I do not have a leak though. I thought it was a the fit of the o-rings as well but as it does not appear to be affecting my markers performance at all I thought I would let it be. I don't know if this is your problem. How do you know the leak is coming from your on/off valve?

when you push it in, it does pop out a little. the fitment is suppose to be tight between teh white oring and the clear one. just make sure everythign is seated right, and add paintball gun oil to it! then gas up and tell us what happens.
