tac-one body and lvl 10 power tube tip wear

There is a decent amount of wear on the inside top of the tac-one body where the bolt cycles. Also when i put my valve with the level 10 in the tac-one the power tube tips wears on the edges where you use a wrench, you can actual see the brass shaving in the valve and some in the marker but on my warp feed marker it does not. Does anybody know whats wrong with it. The tac-one does have the retaining and steel ring.

sounds to me like the valve sits crooked inside the mainbody

Is the field strip screws too loose? too tight?

Maybe, i'll check that this weekend, but I'm not sure that could be the problem because all the edges on the power tube tip are worn not just one side.
