Fires with my Benchmark frame, but not my Intelli?????

I have a benchmark double trigger frame on my classic RT and it fires fine. I recently bought an intelliframe (the one specifically made for the RT), put it on there, and it won't fire. Is there an adjustment to the sear that I have to make. I'm just reluctant to do that because I thought the sear adjustment is set from manufacturer and shouldn't have to be touched. Any help would be much appreciated.
    thanks

    thanks

it could be that the rod that connects to the sear is not quite the proper length. sear height isn't really adjustable, but the length of the connecting rod is (the rod that the trigger pushes to rotate the sear. You also make have a slightly worn sear. I'd suggest trying to turn the rod to lengthen it to see if that solves the problem (just make sure you keep track of how far you turned it if you need to go back)

When i switched to a bench mark frame from stock a few year back i had to adjust the trigger rod to make it work properly.... When you gas up the mark and it "cocks" check the gap between the trigger shoe and the end of the rod it should be about a 1/16" and easy way to check this is to take a piece of paper fold in half (and cut so it will fit inside the trigger guard) you should be able to slide the paper between the trigger rod and the trigger shoe.

Def should be a small gap between the rod and trigger shoe (when the trigger rod is fully extended), the opposite might also prevent your mag from firing... i.e. the trigger rod being to long. Although it being to short is a much more likely cause of this issue. Goodluck, if you are still stumped try taking some close up photos of it and post them here so we can help diagnose the cause of the issue... obviously none of us need to tell you that the safety should be off but ya never know
