Rt Pro Help!

Just picked up a great looking rt locally. Gassed it up and the gun shoots great. The only problem I have is that about 1/2 of the fore grip and rail screws are almost stripped. Is there an easy way to get them out? or can I send my gun to agd because it needs a full tune up anyways?

I am sure AGD will fix it, probably just charge you for the cost ofthe screws anyway.
