    FSDO? On a mag?

I am having a problem with my mag in the photo below. When I gas up, the initial shot will be very low, below 200fps. If i shut off air(the ASA also degasses the marker) and turn back on, the inital shot will be below 200fps. Also, if the marker sits around for a while, the first shot will be low(240~250fps). I don't hear any leaks and am trying to figure out where the cause would be. The bolt drags a bit so I am wondering if the lvl10 carrier is too tight or if its something else.

Another tidbit. I had this marker sitting around for about a year, it was shooting fine with a y-frame when I put it away. Last week, I put the RPG chimera on and went to play. It would chuff the first shot and then the second shot would be way hot. Consecutive shots yould be normal. I had a slight leak when I kept the trigger pulled. I oiled various parts of the marker, the leaking stopped but ended up with the FSDO.

I figure I could just tear the whole thing down and replace all o-rings, but I would like to know what is exactly causing this.

Give the valve a good cleaning. That fixes most problems in any mag.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
