The RT valve is for the classic RT. It doesn't fit on anything but the classic RT. The ReTro and RT pro valve are the same, just the RT pro valve is lighter (its a X-valve with different laser engraving). The last two will fit in just about any mag other than a classic RT.

So the Retro is a stainless model and the RT pro is aluminum, correct?

no, the retro is half aluminum, half stainless. The X is full aluminum.

Then what is the RT Pro? THis is what confuses me about RT valves. I have the all aluminum x-valve i was just curious of the othersand what they were made of.

This valve is SS w/ an aluminum back
It can't have a ULT used w/ it unless you have it machined out.

A classic RT valve can only be used on a classic RT marker (gas goes thru the rail)

So if the Retro and the RT Pro are the same 1/2 aluminum-1/2 stainless, same internals, ect.. why the different name?

Oh, I was sure I saw a full aluminum RTpro valve somewhere. The different names are because AGD was going to engrave the valves based on what gun they were included with. Thus if you bought a:

                Classic RT- RT valve
RT pro (before the X-valve came out)- half stainless RT pro
                E-mag- E-mag valve
Tunamag (an emag customized by Tuna)- E-maxx valve
RT pro (after X-valve)- full aluminum RT pro
Upgrading a classic to RT tech- ReTro valve
Upgrading a classic to RT tech (post-X-valve)- X-valve

After, they decided to just send all all-aluminum RT tech valves as X-valves to bring down prices. I know I'm close to right, feel free to quote and edit me oh great ones.

So am I to understand that you can't use a ULT on a ReTro valve?
