Easiest/Cheapest way to make a mag an electro?

Hey AO'ers! Even though i like mechanical very much, i get tired of losing to the electros out there since my skills with a mechanical is not that good.

So, im wondering, what is the easiest/cheapest mod out there i can do to mag a mag an electro without spending a lot, modding a lot, or just using my head a lot overall? Can i just put electronics into my chimera frame (or maybe a UMF?) and make it work? I know i could just get some e-mag lowers, but that i will decide later...

very interested in the eMAGo, but all that electronic stuff with noid, board, LPR, blah blah blah im not understanding. Dont want a spyder mag since the the bps is limited.

So, any ideas will help, thanks!

easy and cheap dont go good if you want no modding or work of your own.

best bet though, is to get a emago frame that someone else has done, or just a pneuframe from Pneumagger or Cyberave68. These are all viable solutions

I'm trying to make an electro frame just for a fun project, not really to increase ROF. Hell, I can't even afford shooting a lot!

Easiest and cheapest is still to find an ego frame and make it yourself

If you really want easy but not so much cheap, pick up some emag lowers for 350 ish

If you love cheap and know what you're doing you might be able to pick up a wrath solenoid and do some fun stuff.

                  electrification

Get an old (but in good working order) Hyperframe ($140.00), install an RT on/off ($25.00) in your Classic valve and you will be in e-business. Total $165.00.

Get a Spyder Imagine for $60.00 and an RT on/off ($25.00) for your Classic valve. Modify the electro frame from the Spyder (new holes, install backwards the solenoid and carve some material for clearance). Total $85.00.

Well, Automags came from the factory with Autococker frames...or is it the other way around?

And found out that there wasn't any difference in quality between the
Spyder e-frame and the Hyperframe. The solenoids are pretty much interchangeable. You can install all sort of the same boards in either.....

Big difference.........those pesky off center screw holes in the Spyder for mounting the ASA.

The Automag valves are the greatest in the world. And I leave it at that.

lmk how to make the emaggo instructions better. I just finished my second one. I was going to update the thread and make the instructions smoother to follow. I'm not very eloquent.

I bought my ego frame and board for $50
                              My ram was $28
                              the noid was $40
                              the lpr was free.
                              ULT was $25.

took about 30 min to finish.

                              Hope that helps.
