    My Sim-Pneumag Project

After roaming the forums for weeks and gathering all sorts of great ideas, I decided to transplant my minimag into a P90 airsoft frame. It seemed like a great idea at the time and after loads of research, I decided I didn't want to rig up a trigger linkage. Instead I decided to go pneumatic. I picked up an airsoft P90 on ebay, and a pnuematics kit from cyberave68. Well, it finally came in and I've got the mag in the frame. All I have to do is set up my pneumatics and I should be all set to play. Just waiting on my lpr to come in the mail

    Here be some picks:

Let me know what you think. I'm still debating how to load this thing. I own both a q-loader and a warp feed... Any suggestions would be great.

thats pretty sweet, i'd like to see what it looks like inside, a q-loader would be a good idea if you want the loader out of the way, get a ule body & mill the top of the p90 body to fit the q-pod, or you could run it along the side with a side feed body if you were to put a warp on it, it would probably hang down & be in the way, or you could stick feed it like rainman, or even just put a regular loader on it like mine, i thought about using an airsoft gun body for mine but i wanted something that would take a serious beating, but yours is probably lighter, any way, good job, lmk how it holds up in a fire fight

i cant see the pics , what valve? rt or x? i would say direct mount a q loader to the side if its coming out the right side of the gun and you are a righty, lil extra profile on the side but who cares, it will look better than a warp hangin on it

I would have to agree with Dend. A direct mount would probably be the best mix of looks and function. I would def. avoind traditional loaders with what you have going there.

Well, right now it's a Classic rental valve... which I plan on either moding out to accept a Lvl 10, or saving up to get an X-valve.

Mainly I'm going for the mil-sim look first and of course getting it to work in the first place.

One day I plan on getting a side feed and replacing the hacked up clip and I'll "bondo" the now made holes and mill out a side feed hole... Not sure where to go with it...

A direct feed Q-loader would also cover up the missing chunk of the clip... I"ll look into it.

          Thanks for the suggestions...

When I crack it open again to finish the pneumatics, I'll take pictures of the inside and such for everyone.

Well, things are going slowly... having to re adjust the ram's position so that it stays in place and activates the sear. It'll take me a bit to get to it however, the case is open now so I can take all the internal pics I want
