New issue need a lil insight on this

ok guys heres what i got

Classic rail, all factory holes drilled, back bottle all that good stuff, i put the body on just fine, but when i go to put the valve on it wont go, it slides in like all is normal i twist it a bit to make sure its in the channel correctly try to put the screw in and it wont go. ok simple hole isnt lined up tiwst it a lil more and its there....wrong answer it will not fit period unless the lil piece that goes in the channel in the back is actually sitting on the rail. i mean a quick dremel or even a drill job will take care of it, but this is my first issue like this just wondering if its been seen before and i missed it or what

Did you make sure the back and front halves of the valve are aligned correctly? I'm not sure what else could cause that problem

yup its all good ive tried a classic and an x-valve and it just wont fit

how could that be the problem? on 2 valves? lines line up words line up cant really see how else to put it all together. plus everything works perfect on my other classic rail

BEFORE YOU DREMEL, MAKE SURE YOUR ON/OFF ASSEMBLY IS NOT POKING OUT!!!

yup its all good i havent done this yet but its soon to come, i may actually have luke do it since im gonna be sending it to him for some modifications
