    Matrix Ideas and pnuemag question

I have an old matrix, gen E led, that I will never get rid of for a decent price, so it is now my project. Having lost my original trigger (bugger) I decided to draw up some ideas and ended up with something a bit like a shocker frame. My drawing isn't really up to par, but its functional.

The trigger its self has a pre-travel adjustment, Microswitch adjustment, nylon trigger stop and magnetic return. The nylon is there purely to make sure that the magnet doesn't attract the screw. Right now I am using wood for the trigger (heh) but as soon as I can find some delrin and get a working prototype up I should be good to go. With any luck I should also be able to find a bearing that's the correct size and doesn't cost me 15$.

Just tossing this out there to see if I've missed anything.

    P-Mag question:

When I drop in the ULT kit, even with no shims in, the marker will cycle full auto. Even with my lpr as low as it will possibly go, the marker will still cycle full auto. Outside of being a neat way to blow 2000psi, is there anything in particular I'm doing wrong (eg : length of my actuator?) or is it just an unavoidable fact of the ult?

It wasn't clear from your post whether you are making a frame and trigger for your trix or just a trigger. If you're just making a trigger, you can probably snoop around and find the style you're looking for.

Trigger looks like a good idea, I'd beef up the "leg" portion a bit though.. bummer to have the trigger break because someone started pounding on it, and I don't know how good of a material delrin is in regard to resisting shear forces (which you will create by this design)

The leg its self shouldn't be too much of an issue though I guess we'll see when I put it out there. Delrin it's self is pretty strong stuff. The wood "phase one" version I'd imagine will snap should there be enough pressure. When a new trigger arrives I will simply steal its dimensions for the leg/etc to be on the safe side.

The trigger is whats being constructed. The frame is just being drilled to have a magnetic return similar to that of a shocker.
