i want to have my emag camoed out.who does a good anno job?also i have contacted hammerhead about having the barrel annoed.need to know if it will mess up the barrel.they have not emailed me back.sorry custmer service if you ask me.payed alot for that barrel.was told that it will mess up the rifling of the barrel if it is annoed.anyone know?

hammerhead will probably say no but you can still do it. If it's aluminum, you can anodize it. You can always just mask the inside.Comment

Everyone's heard the rifling argument, if he bought a rifled barrel, it's because he wants one. And your conclusion is not necessarily true. I believe some barrels have special substances put into the aluminum along with the dye. If this is true, then stripping the original anno and reanodizing it will get rid of that coating. lot of good places here people.keep them coming,looking for just that right place.back to the barrel.that is what i was told,that the inside is speical or somthing in it is.having it annoed will remove this coating.was also told that a good annoer can put it back to it's tolerance.Comment
