First attempt at Stock class fed mag

Hey all, this was my first attempt at making a stock class feed for one of my automags. It doesnt look great, so someday I will try again.

The feed is made out of 3/4 copper pipe, an elbow, and a coupler. The entire feed is very tightly held on and isn't going anywhere, it has even been dropped on accident and didn't budge. The plug slides in and locks with ease, but is very secure. All work was done with a dremel and hand tools.

    After some cosmetic work:

The parts to make this feed didn't exceed $5, and it took a couple afternoons to make. I think it was worth it.

    That actually looks really good!
I suggest you strip the paint off, and cover the breach area with some sort of epoxy putty or JB weld or something, and just sculpt some nice clean curves to cover up the edges of the copper. Then paint it black again. That would be just awesome IMO. I might even vote it motom!

I already did some work with JB weld to smooth over the edges, I may come back at it later with bondo or similar and completely hide it

What's it held on with, just JB Weld? Looks good when it's painted, though. Nice.

yup just JB weld. I dropped it on the feed on accident and it held tight, I have faith that it'll hold in game now
