mag frame pics

im going to make a mag frame. i want to either make something close to an rpg vert frame or a z grip. what i need though is some pics from some people that have them. i could also use some measurements if possible. if someone had like an autocad picture of one that would greatly help.

Do you have a CNC Mill or know somebody with access to one?

You wouldn't NEED a CNC to reproduce something like a Z frame... but it would be slow.
It'd be hellaciously painstaking for something like a RPG vert, but could be done closely.

This is true... I just wanted to see how serious he was about frames...

yes my dad is a machinist and has access to just about anything you can think of. his work is a distributer of honda motorsports and if i can get a couple pictures and measurements i could create myself a frame and trigger and maybe some other stuff too

All these frames basically do the same thing and have a trigger with considerable slop.
Build a replica CCM shocker frame with gas through so that it could fit the E/xmag frame.


It took me a long time to modify the CCM shocker frame but its essentially a gas through that allows you to fit the emag solenoid inside. Its kinda hard to explain without pictures, but it looks sweeeet, and I'm going through final testing this week.

well it looks like the first frame ill be making will be an intelli. since thats all i could get some pics of and dimensions for...maybe after i make this first one i can get some more people to get me some dimensions
my dad took work off last week so obviously he couldnt work on my frame for me
should have at least a rough cutout tomorrow
ill post pics

also i need to make a trigger too
