How to uncap a ETEK board?

    Hi,

the ETEK1 stock board ist capped at 15bps with inactive break beam sensor. But I cant enable/plug the sensor, because I don't have and don't need one. Its only uncapped semi with active sensor.

How can I fix that problem? Is it possible to uncap the board? Or by a short-circuit at the sensor connector on the board?

There's no way to. Just get some eyes, they're definitely nice to have even if you don't think you need them.

Alternatively, you can buy a new board, which will run you around $100.
