How do you remove a rounded allen screw 4-40 size, i can drill it out and retap it but I want to see is there a better way

or u might try jb welding somethin disposable to it, prolly wont work if the screw is too tight tho.

if the head is above the work surface you can cut a screwdriver slot in it also
If you have to drill it out , try to drill it so you just cut the head of the screw off , then after removing the part the screw is holding on you can use pliers on the remaining part of the screw
