Cant get my Rt to react

Just got my classic RT in the mail a few days ago. The guns shoots great, cept for the fact that it will not react. I like shooting the gun the way it is, but i got it so the i could have a RT. I messed around shot a couple of hoppers through it, shot it w/o paint as well, just trying to find the 'sweet spot' and no such luck. Any suggestions on what i can do or check to get it to shoot the way i want?

How much pressure are you putting into it?
You need 900+ psi to get good RT on most mags

Have you taken it apart and cleaned it yet?

Make sure everything is clean and smooth and check that it doesn't have a ULT in it (modded; not a complete roadblock, just another adjustment). The reg piston and pin need to be clean and slick; they have to be able to move fast enough to cause the RT effect. Make sure the trigger pin, trigger rod, and sear pin are all clean and move freely. People can leave them full of paint and grime.

Besides being clean, your bottle regulator needs to be able to recover very fast.

I got a used mag with an x-valve and ULT the other day. After cleaning it up and taking three of the six Level 10 shims out of the ULT (!), it would sweetspot with my standard high pressure crossfire tank.

also some trigger frames rt better than others. I can get RT from a cf single trigger more easily and more constantly than my intelli using 800psi output.

I had that problem too until I put my finger at the top of the intelli trigger, at or above the same level as I would a single trigger. It feels a little odd without the trigger curving around my finger, but it works. The trigger does have an over-travel stop in it and I didn't notice if it was touching the frame or not.

90% of it is your tank reg. The output psi and the recharge.

              Needs more pressure.
              Get an adjustable dynaflow.

Or try an Emag on/off pin.
