Making the "Longbow" out of PVC some screws and a flat top riser

I've been workin on this project for most of today with some spare PVC parts, a NC Star riser and a couple of screws and nuts.

It's pretty much a longbow stick feed for my tippmann.

I wish I could show you guys pictures, but I don't know how to post them on this forum

Never mind, I think I figured it out

yeah, sorry, I guess there's nothing to really say about this project.

I don't even know what I was expecting people to say.

hmm, that was pretty stupid of me, I kinda wish I could delete the thread now

No way man... what if Tom Kaye gave up after his first attempt at making the Mag... where would the rest of us be? probably shooting Brass Eagles and using shop goggles for protection... No, really, keep trying, and you are in the best place to post ideas with out fear of getting smeared by the forum population. As long as you are trying the membership here will respect you.

The guys here on this forum alway help to remind me of how hospitable they all are. By far, this is the best forum I've ever joined because of it. Not to mention the creativeness and support.

                      -thanks again

that's pretty inspiring there. I know exactly what you mean too, I have such limited materials and plenty of ideas that I just can't excersize because I don't have the right stuff. Hopefully, from now on in I'll be able to put more and more ideas into reality.

While we're still on this thread, do you know where I could find a spring that I could use to push the balls down the loader tube in my current design?

                          -thanks for the inspiration luke

In the last picture there is a horizontal screw , is that supposed to guide the paintball into your elbow ? If so I think your going to have problems there especially if you put spring pressure on the paint. Your probably going to have to engineer some sort of turn in there (maybe glue a powerfeed plug in there or something to accomplish the turn.

I'll probably make some sort or wood piece to fit in there if I have to.

I'm just curious, why would the horizontal screw be a bad idea with spring pressure. I already tested my current rig and it works pretty well, but I need to tilt it back after every four or so shots when firing on a downward slope
