    Z-grip Wondering?

Just wondering, I just bought a Z-grip and wanted to know what rails it will fit on? Will it fit a micromag? And what frame do I have to get to have a front foregrip also installed? I saw an Emag rail with this configuration. Would the RT Rails work for this?

    -Want to bust the Z-grip!!

I believe it will fit on the micro but you gotta take the vert adapter off, other than that it should fit all other mags, you can get a grip extender to make it fit on AM/MM rails and such as well Luke i believe sells those you might talk to him

Your better off looking at R/T length rails with Z-Grips.... the options dont leave you guessing what parts will fit with the trigger guard like Dend suggested.

Longer rail means you can always give it to someone like Luke and have them machine it to your liking in the future if you so choose. Less rail to work with wont give you that option.

The Z is designed to accept mini mag rails but you can mill the wings off the top of the Z. If you need any info on the Z just send me a mp I know all the specs on them.

There are 2 version of the Z-Frame. One is the AM/MM version which has the wings and the other is the RT version which is wingless.

Z-grips didnt come without the wings from AGD.

            All of them had wings,....

Unless I was reading your post incorrectly (sorry if I was)

I think you are incorrect here. I know I've have BOTH styles of Z grips.

The RT ones came wingless and with BANJO sized rear hole.

The AM/MM ones come with WINGS and have the standard rear hole diameter.

And I've seen packaging of BOTH from AGD that state RT or AM/MM style.

As for the OP's question.... Did you get a winged or wingless one? RT length rails are better to work with, but not necessary. You can run a Z on a Micro as shown in the Mag of the Month thread that I think McGhee put up.

Do you have any pictures of them with the OEM dust black anno on them?

Ive owned 3 and they all have had wings on them.

Mine didnt allow for the banjo bolt sized hole in them.

No they came without wings also directly from AGD. There are 2 different types of Z-Frames, winged and wingless.
