    NO external air hose idea

Why run the air outside the marker? Been thinking way to much about this lately and came up with an idea that i need some advise with.

I would like to tap the field strip screw on a Classic valve to have a 1/8npt port comming out the bottom of the valve, then use a QD in the valve and rail/frame to connect (plug in) the valve. This way i can set the gripframe back and run the airline though the grip making room for a underfeed magazine under the breach. Any insight/forewarning would be very helpfull, hoping this has been though of before. Thanks

How do you get the air line by the sear, or at least past the part of the sear that trips the on/off in the valve?

The grip frame will be moved back so the air line will be able to drop straigh down into the grip and not have to interfer with the sear.

I am looking to get some strait tubing for an airline, I was hoping i could get some advise on safty and materials. If I use 1/2" od and 1/4" id SS tubing will this be ok? I will being threading one side to male 1/8npt and the other female 1/8npt. The od/id dimensions are roundabouts, exact dimensions to get for easy threading/tapping would be great. Thanks this project is still moving, just a bit slow.

Found OD tube dimensions for 1/8npt tube threading
