    Pneumag Prob with msv-2

So i finally got around to airing up my pneumag and it doesnt work.

So, air went in, pulled trigger, nuttin happens.
Turned up LPR, start hearing a hiss, i find out that it's coming from the piston.
But I ignore it, and keep pullin trigger, and turning up LPR till it fires.

It finally fires, but not because I pulled the trigger. It seems my msv-2 is letting the air straight to the piston (i can fire the gun by repeatedly turning up n down the LPR, regardless of trigger).

So I guess there are 2 probs, the leak and the msv-2. Any idea what's wrong with the msv-2?
Also I tried teflon tape on the barb on the piston, still get the leak, ill try some other stuff for the leak, but main issue I wanna solve is the msv-2

Are you sure you have the hoses on the right ports on the msv-2?

i would think so, the tube goin from the lpr is goin to the one labeled "In", i would think that means air in, but maybe not

Also, make sure that the trigger pin is not already putting too much pressure on the MSV lever. Or have the MSV positioned in such a way that the frame is applying pressure to the lever.

By design, the MSV will vent through the exhaust port when the pin is pushed in (from the lever). This could explain why it didn't hiss at first and then eventually actuated the MPA after you turned up the LPR.

K, ive tried puttin the hoses the other way, no luck.
and there should be plenty of room for the lever to work.

Are the o-rings or anything in the msv-2?

There are teeny tiny o-rings inside the MSV. If you got it new, this shouldn't be an issue. It wouldn't hurt to toss some oil in there, though. Something must be preventing the valve from closing.

So I finally got around to takin it apart n checkin it, Twilight was right, the msv-2 was rubbin against the frame, so now its workin, and I realize why so many have made pneumags, it feels great Tnx for the help.

I intend to send the rail, foregrip n frame in to anno black. Would opt for a dif color but cant anno my boomstick:/

Here are some pics of my almost finished shockingly pneu'ed mag
