I was shooting out the rest of the tank preparing it for shipment and realized I forgot to mention a pretty cool thing about this manifold. When you pull the trigger, the trigger rod seals the hole and there is no blow by when you hold it back. It still hisses a little if you hold it half way. But it is much better than the MSV valve. I spent a lot of time tuning it to perfection.

A couple small notes on making adjustments for the buyer. Make sure there is a little play between the trigger and pin. As soon as the valve opens the pin is completely blocking the exhaust hole. If you don't have a little bit of slop you will be choking off the exhaust hole and slow down the reset between shots. When you take it apart, the flat side of the pin goes toward the trigger. There is a relief angle on the valve side and it needs to be on the inside. If you put it in backwards you will be choking off the exhaust and killing performance. Don't lose that part!

I've been following this for awhile now, and wondered about blow by. I'm glad you explained it.

More stuff for reference. There is a hole on the frame right in front of the quick strip screw. To remove valve from gun you need to insert your 1/8 allen wrench in the hole and push the sear up. Sometimes you have to pull the trigger on a normal mag to push the on/off up out of the way for removal. This is the same thing.

To degas the marker simply hold the trigger half way in and let the pressure drain out. So simple a caveman can do it!

I think a Flatline 4500 will bolt right on if you wanted to upgrade. Good luck getting anything else to work.
