    WGP PneuFrame

    More pictures

It's messy, and I still question if I have enough room for the airlines, but I 'think' I do.

Not bad for my first time out. Just a guy and his dremmel.

Now I need to get some taps so I can do the set screws.

That and I need to shave down the original trigger to fit with the MSV-2 lever.

Oh, and drill out for the return spring.

    Update!!! 10/18

Ok, So I got some new fittings in from Air soldier today. Using some flush barbs and a 90*barb.

Things are snug, but it looks like everything will fit. For the time being I'm leaving off any trigger set screws and sear stop. I don't think they're really needed with this set up. You can fine tune the trigger length by modifying how the switch sits in the frame.

See updated picts above. Album is also updated.

Waiting on a classic RT to come in the mail. Thats where this frame should go, assuming that I have enough room on the back of the frame to drill out for the banjo bolt.

    Interesting concept.
I wonder how well the MSV lever will hold up acting as the trigger. The material is pretty thin.
Also, I think it's worth pointing out that the MSV lever does not need to pressed it's full swing distance to actuate the MPA.

I'm curious to see how this progresses

Not mountable yet. Just realized that I'm going to have to cut part of that rear wing off to clear the field strip screw.

I'm also having problems running the air lines. I either need to find new and smaller barbs / line (more akin to pneumatic lines off of cockers) or I'm going to have to completely revamp this design :/

Any suggestions for different / slimmer barbs?

not much you can do in the way of barbs, even if you get 90degree barbs, the tubing may end up too cramped with the ram being right there

I'm thinking I"m going to need a couple of 90's for the MSV, and run those tubes out through the 3 way rod hole.

Then enlarge one of the safety holes to run it back to the ram (maybe)

Ahh well, I knew it was never going to be pretty, but I had hopes.

Anybody have an extra 90* barb they can send my way?

I have a 90 barb and I have a flush mount straight barb (uses blue loctite). I've never looked for a flush mount 90, that would be handy.

Hrm. tell me more about this flush mount buisness.... Got a pic?

If that is what I think it is, then using a combination of that and some thinner microline, I may be able to jam it all in yet....

Speaking of. Hrm. time to go raid the parts front block for some small micro line.....

No, life just ate my weekends, and I work during the week. Hrm. Pending the weather maybe I'll make some headway on it this weekend.

well that and things stalled while I was waiting on some 90* Barbs, but I've that those for at least a weekend, so that's not really an excuse.

I did cut down the original trigger and fit it in the MSV lever. Just haven't taken pictures yet. It's not pretty.

                          I love stuff like this!

I have quite a few frames from other guns that have plans for a little work

You certainly have that frame stuffed, at the top of it at least. You still have plenty of room to stick a SD board in it though. I can't wait to see the video of it !!
