    should go in the opposite of how it came out.

    Look at the pin. Find the smaller side. Stick it through the hole. That should really be about it...

      i got that part down, but you know the hole on the top of the trigger, it seems too small for the trigger pin

        I just put mine in last week, and the bearing is really tight on the pin. You just have to use a little extra force though and it will go right in. The biggest thing you have to worry about is whatever your using to drive the pin in with slipping off and hitting your frame. The pin will fit it like I said it fits in the bearing really tight, don't be scared and give it a wack.

          Are you referring to the trigger bearing? It will fit. Don't bang it home, use steady pressure like your pressing it in. If the small end of the trigger pin is a mushroomed out, you'll have to get a file to get it smooth again or it won't go no mater how much pressure you put to it. I would still get a file to the small end of the pin just to make sure it's all A-OK, might be so small you can't see what's obstructing it.
          Edit: Damn you Fish...beat me to it again.

                i think we may be talking about 2 different things. i get wat you were refering to by the mushrooming effect lol
                wat i was talking about was on one side of the trigger bearing their are some little grooves and its a little wider

                  Most trigger pins have a semi larger side which has little groves on it to basically dig into the frame to keep the pin from just sliding out.

                  I hope that wasn't the end you were trying to shove in first. Depending on the frame, the pin will go in either side. Which ever side those groves are on the frame is the side the pin needs to be installed, small end first.

                  Edit:

                  O.o

                  You were talking about the trigger bearing. You/someone might have tried removing the pin in the wrong direction or when you were trying to install the pin you had the larger end going in first. As long as the bearing is fine there shouldn't be any problems.

                    so let me get this straight there is a trigger pin and a trigger bearing? and they are 2 different things? is that correct?

                      Right = trigger bearing
                      Left = trigger pin
                      The bearing goes inside the trigger

                          Did you ever get the tunablade installed? Sorry to not have checked back on your progress.

                            Pfft...Ya same here. Never saw it.

                            Again make sure the side going in is nice and smooth (no mushrooming) and gentle pressure should slip fit it through the bearing. It's a tight fit so do not hammer it home. Even tho it might work, you run the chance of damaging the bearing.
