Air Power

I have an Air Power Vector and a Apex Elite(pump). Both makers will not fire past 200fps. I assume it is the main spring? My questions are is it the main spring? Where can I buy some springs to fix the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about where to get new springs, but for a lot of markers, you can take them apart and insert a spacer of some kind to partially compress the spring and make it more powerful. It doesn't work on all guns, but I've done it for Tippmanns and Spyders that had worn-out springs.
