So I have a classic valve. Is the X valve with the Ule trigger pull kit the best way for me achieve fastest bps?

Yup... And send your tank to ninja and have them install a 1200psi regulator on it.. Also, you will get the best reactivity on the shortest spring with your level 10 bolt but it may still chop balls at that rate of fire..... So I, through the knowledge of some guys on here, learned how to cut the larger spring down to where it started cycling at about 250 fps so I could get correct reactivity and anti-chop capability when shooting at 280-290 fps I have 4 or 5 shims in my ULT and the gun flys I have 2 air tanks and just change tanks back to my other stock reg'd 68/4500 tank when I'm not allowed to R/T on certain fields... And make sure you have a fast loader!

Was wondering what the regulator and tank ran you? Also How many shots are you getting from that tank at 1200 psi?
