i would go 600, then 1000, then 1500 if you can get it. the higher you go, the shinier it gets, its all up to you. i polished my classic's body w/ 300, 600, and 1500. 4 sheets of each kind of grit, adn it came out looking liek beautiful chrome after a lil stainless steel polish. My baby:
Classic mag
Handpolished body
Emag barrel 10"
Lapco Bigshot Stainless 12"
Gripstyx single trigger frame
Benchmark on/off cradle
Benchmark gas thru grip

I agree, go as high as you can with the sandpaper BUT...then go get some "jewlers Rouge" and a buffing wheel.
Yowza!!!Originally posted by U.S. District Judge Garr M. King, Re: Smart Parts' patent on electronic paintball markers
"...I question the contributions of some of the named inventors, specifically Billy Gardner and Adam Gardner..."
"...the evidence strongly suggests that neither Billy nor Adam could have invented what is claimed."
"As with the lack of any documentation of the Gardnrs' work, Billy and Adam Gardner's testimony regarding thier own contributions does not suggest the work of inventors."Comment

Can we see pics of these polished guns fellas, cmon!
I used like 200 or so on mine, to give it a different feel so it blended well with the valve and had a, well, different look to it.Semper Fidelis
