You can only use the ULE trigger if you have level 10, and a retro valve (or atleast thats what it looks like)
There is no way you can lighten your pull..

          Frame

You could always replace the frame with a Electro frame like the hyperframe, but that cost a bit..

the way ive read it the ule trig is a on/off assy replacement and will not effect your intelliframe other than lightening the trigger pull DUH!
however you still need one of the fore mentioned valves to make it work and prevent problems

ok ok , i think i need to step in here. ok, if you want something to help trigger pull i have something for you, its called a z valve and ill sell it for 15 bucks. What is it you ask? The z valve is a replacement on off valve that lowers the triggerpull weight of an automagfrom about 7 pounds to about 3. If you dont want to buy a ULT for 50 bucks but still want to lighten your trigger pm me.

not on a classic valve my friend. but, trying not to get too technical the valve does definatly lower the trigger pull weight.

the classic valve is 3 lbs. The ULE trigger (a new on/off) brings that down to 15oz. Not bad for $47
