What is the cheapest dremel or other tool that I could buy to mill my rail and my friends cocker body.

Dremel's rule, I have Dremel kit and use it daily. But they are NOT for milling, especially aluminum. They are for fine work. -
Was in Sears hardware last night and they had craftsman dremels on sale for $20 or so. Not sure if its a franchise wide sale tho..Comment

it's best not to go too cheap with a dremel type tool.
get the one with the highest rpm's you can afford. preferably adjustable. i don't reccomend the black and decker "wizard" cordless". batteries run down fast and they lack power.
imho a plug in dremel is your best bet with a good variety of tools.
