I was wanting to do a little chopping of the ole' SS body, and I was wondering what parts had to stay on. I figured on some towards the back to keep the valve in place, the entire bottom of it to keep it all together/not mess up tolerances, some around the little internal washer thingies on the inside that act as a barrel stop and spring holder, and finally some for the barrel, on the orings and some more support bracket type thingies. Am I missung anything? I'll post a pic in a sec to help illustrate.

theres two places u can cut a lil weight, under the body, where the front of the sear goes, u can cut a lil metal off there, basically make it wider like a body fited for a pump arm, can take a pics of that if u would like, and about 3mm in front of the twist lock, i cut the rest of that body off for a project, i havn't found anything bad about it, but would research that more to make sure its not a stress point , just a few ideas, good luck

Pics would be great if you had the chance. Pic posting isn't wanting to be my friend
