    making SS Hardlines

I'm thinking of making a set of stainless hardlines for my mag.

What are the fittings used on the hardlines on the original RTs -- do my eye's deceive me or are they macro-line fittings? (I've never actually held one, just seen the pics)

    Anyone have experience making/bending them?

Thanks MicroB, I hadn't seen that one. I just found this thread where Doc warns of the difficulty of removing the valve because the hardline doesn't allow it to rotate in order to clear the z-lock. I wonder if this might be remedied by using swivel elbows.

Swivel does help this, but given the reliabilty of a mag I hardly remove valve once it is dialed in!
