HPA tank threads (the threads internal to the tank) should be the same, so any regulator that fits one tank should also fit another.
In order to replace the HPA regulator, you need to take your tank to someone who has been properly trained. While it is possible to replace a regulator yourself, do you really want to put your life and the lives of those around you in your hands every time you use that tank after the reg is replaced? 3000+ psi air contains an immense amount of stored energy, and if you screwed up replacing the reg, all that energy could come out in various magnificently violent ways.
If memory serves, the fairly recent death of a kid's mother in California was the result of an improperly installed pin valve on a CO2 tank; the same basic procedure is used to install a regulator. When the tank was unscrewed from the paintgun, the tank actually unscrewed from the pin valve instead, took off like a rocket and struck a kid's mother in the head, killing her instantly.
Do yourself a favor and pay someone with the proper skills do the replacement for you.
