    Eblade pressure question

Alright so as a eblade newbie I have the foowing problem. In the set up guide it says don't let your output pressure over 100 or you mess up the selonid. I have a guage on it and when ever it drops to below 175 the gun stops recocking so air just vents out the barrel. a hair above 175 and the guns works like a dream. Does anybody have any info on whats going on. I have a feeling it is somethig stupid cause I know cockers like the back of my hand and I'm just not thinking of it. Thanks

you're kind of talking about two different things. the lpr should not be set over 100 psi. so you don't overpressurize the valve.

the "operating psi" of the gun is a different thing altogher. if you lower it too much there is not enough air to both shoot and recock.

no I have the inline reg set to 250, I also have a guage in the front block which is currently reading 175. I have the lpr set at the bare minimum to make the gun function prefectly. I think that it's right. I'm not sure

The front block gauge reads the valve pressure not the LPR. If that gauge reads diferently than one on your inline reg then one of the gauges is reading wrong.
If you have an easily adjustable LPR then turn it all the way down and sweetspot your inline reg, cocking the gun manualy. After your have the gun shooting at the correct speed then start raising the Front regs pressure until the gun recocks reliably at a high rate of fire.

        Hope this helps.

indeed. that is good advice right there.

that gauge is reading your operating/input pressure into the gun. so that means , either the gauge is wrong, or your inline is not really set to 250, it's set to 175.

my guess is that your inline is set to 175 and the gauge is fine. because you said if the guage reads anything below that, air leaks down the barrel. that's because the main valve is not able to seal at pressures below 175.

          make sense?

so take redlaser's advice, turn the inline up a bit and sweet spot it.
