Help with a Desert Fox

Hey
Just got a Desert Fox and I am running into some problems
I got a minor rebulid kit and worked the marker over but now it is double firing
I played with the marker this weekend and the double fireing is only one of the things that is kicking my butt
After looking online I found that the double firing could be the sear is worn, well I understand that but I need some direction on how to grind that flat.
Once I get this done then I am going to move on the other problems, like shoot down and the marker not even firing.

I wanted one back in 99 but ended up getting a Blazer instead.
