With a bit of skill and a few tools from a good hardware store you can do it yourself.
For $80 you can buy all the tools you need and more.
Its recomended you use a drill press, but any drill will work if you have a steady hand.
You also need a 4-40 tap and its drill bit plus a 1/8" drill bit. The template you can get out of the manual, and if you dont have it you can download it from the Eclipse website.
It takes less than 2 minutes to drill and tap the holes.
