Can anyone help me find the best way to polish a classic valve? i have been doing it with my dremel and it leaves lines... is there anyway to polish it without lines?

if you have
a bench grinder go to home depot or sears and get a polishing wheel use .. something like mothers car polish ... i am sure there some other type of polish coumpound you can find and use -
also using very fine sandpaper will do the job if you want a very nice, even job. Start at 1000 go to 2000 and then 3000. I can only get that at car places like Pep boys but the stuff REALLY gets the job done well. good luck
