I dont know what the inside of a intelliframe looks like but this would fit perfectly inside my y frame

i have made one of these and it puts my sm-2 clippard ram perfectly against the sear

someone out there ought to make these and sell them

a small microswitch (as from a mouse) can be fitted behind the trigger

also, the second picture is my genius idea to use a microrock as a forgrip

I did try that exact thing, so exact it's scary, still have the ram and the block of aluminum.

I never got past the 'hook it up to my autococker and test it' stage though. I didn't like the SM-2 and how high of pressure it would have taken. The shaft of the SM-2 is also going to wear and mushroom at a higher rate. And there is more room for a trigger switch the way I did it.

I just hogged out the back of the grip a bit (where the web of your hand goes) and a SM-6 will fit in nicely and can be held in with setscrews. I had to modify my sear though to interface with the ram, but that's not hard if you can weld.

I will try the sm2 version first to see if that works and it shouldnt take too much pressure with 5 shims in my ult.

now i just have to order my 3 way and grind down another microswitch.

yeah flame weld, just clamped the important part of the sear firmly in the vice so it wouldn't get hot enough to hurt the temper.
