Mag valve swap out

Alright, here's my thoughts. I don't like how intollerant AIR valves are with CO2. So I had an idea. If I strip out the internals of the AIR valve (just the valve, not the on/off), and make/buy an adapter for the large threading on the front part of the valve (thus completely eliminationg the back), and have the adapter go to a palmer stabilizer, would that work? Would the velocity adjust from the palmer instead, or would this no-longer work and potentially be dangerous?

Has been done, can't remember who, but it's definately something you could do. Another, easier option is to gut the valve reg, plug the hole from the piston, an run the stab into the usual place in the valve. You would adjust the velocity from the stab.

Seen 2 different ones I think, I think some one from deadlywind made one, altough Im not sure.
