What battery?Originally posted by gettinitbacklooking for some help on how to relocate the battery to the tank cover....Thanks -
Probably an E-mag or X-mag battery pack. Since they are the only markers I know of with a battery pack in an unusual location.Comment

I dont think that would work at all...
You will probably need to have it professionally re-wired so that the wire comes out the bottom of the grip frame, and back to the tank. Like an intelli-feed cable.Comment

I believe that the solenoid needs 18 and the battery is 18
GA Devil mentioned soemthing about a way to run the x/e mags on a or maybe 2 9 volts think he's still testing it though ...check out his thread its in there.Comment

Getting 18V out of 9V batteries is really easy just hook two 9v's in series
that means wire the "+" of one battery to the "-" of the other then have the free "+" goto the "+" on your gun and the free "-" respectivly, the two act like a single battery with twice the voltage.
and you don't need an Electrical professional do wire it either if you don't mind it looking a littel Ghetto, bare the wire witha knife, apply blacktape/electrical tape to all bare connections and away you goGuns
Tippman SL-68 II (First gun and still lovin it)

Getting 18V out of two 9V isn't difficult, but the capacity compared to the battery pack will be very reduced. Either you won't be able to shoot, or be lucky to have them last a complete game.Comment
