Alright, so to start it off last night I decided I wanted to do something custom to a gun and had no idea what gun to use as the base. Then I decided upon a Karta Bodied mag, with the only thing being using a custom e-frame with a matrix/shocker board. I just need some help in figuring out how to get the trix/frame on there and have it still work, or how to fit a trix/shocker board into a 90* frame

If you are going to use a trix/shocker board you have to make it a electropneumatic seartripper, like Trains Are Bad and The Electrician have done. The other route to go down is using a morlock, morlock predator or possibly a T-board to make it a "traditional" sear tripper, with a noid tripping the sear. The first way is probably the one least likely to develope exsessive wear, use a lot less batteries, and probably faster, but it will also be more expensive and more difficult to construct.
My suggestion is to check out mine, Trains Are Bad's and The Electricians threads here in the workshop to get some ideas on how to do it.
