Weight of timmy ram??

I want to make a "sleeve" and hammer to use a cocker ram in place of a timmy ram and sleeve to convert a spyder to an intimidator. I have a Matrix grip/board/solenoid, cocker parts galore, and a spyder. I may have to make a new valve to eliminate the blow back gas flow, but that will be easy.

My main concern is how heavy to make the hammer that will screw onto the tip of the cocker ram.....

I'd say make the reciprocating internals as light as possible.

You can just use epoxy putty to recircularize the back end of the valve steam and eliminate blowback
