    Body mods

I plan on polishing my entire gun. I also might do some engraving on my ULE body.

What areas do I need to avoid? Is there any problem with polishing the outside of the valve?

I'll probably have some more questions later, since I can't really think right now.

Definately extra lube. I keep two bottles at all times. Can't leave home w/o your lubricant.

I'd suggest getting the ULE clear annoed, as polishing will not stand up to wear very well, and will get dirty and require constant polishing.

I'm ghetto-rigging this, I can't afford anno of any sort. I know it won't hold up, I'm willing to do the maintenance to keep it looking good.

If I decide to get really fancy, I might clearcoat it.

I wouldn't poish it by hand it wouldn't look that great. The outcome isnt nearly as good if it were stainless.
