    A new Tinker's guild

Due to the dissappearace of Doc (the mod) and the surge of trolls, there is a new Tinker's guild:
"[T]he evidence also strongly suggests that neither Billy nor Adam could have invented what is claimed."

-United States District Court judge G.M. King,
on Smart Parts' patent claim, August 23rd, 2004, page 16.

By using the exact name, if Doc has it copyrighted or any sorts of legal protection on the name, you open yourself up to a lawsuit.

      Sorry for the confusion,
I'm not the one creating the new board.
My understanding is that Doc does not have copyrights, nor is he the originator.
He's made it pretty clear that he is moving on to other things. He has been the only moderator for the guild in the past and is no longer moderating.
He is no longer posting and has made it clear that he is no longer reading posts.
Several people have tried to contact him to try to resolve what's going on. He has taken no action other than to update his comic strip.
As a result, the guild has been under pretty regular attack by trolls.
There have been alot of very lengthy discussions on the forum about the future of the guild.
Nothing has been stolen from Doc, he has walked away.
