Yea, now I'm debating whether I want a shorter bolt at higher pressures or longer bolt at lower pressures. Longer and lower would be easier on the spring, but adds about an inch to the design and I want as small a gun as I can get.

intersting idea, and I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. I think your worring a bit to much about the spring, true finding the right one will be difficult unless you do a little math talk to your Phyisics teacher at school and he could probly give you some furmulas for finding out exactly how strong a spring you'll need, and they are really simple too.
thing to add that i see you'll probly wan tto put a bumper infront of the bolt where it will contacts the frame to stop it. like the Mag has behind the bolt.
one question is there anything stopping the Air from teh Supply to getting in behind the bolt? looks liek you might need to add another O-ring in there.Guns
