    Piranha E-Force?

Is it possible to make a Fish Mag (for lack of actual word) using a PMI E-force frame instead of a Spyderframe?

Can you get me a picture of the top the frame showing the sear and the side with the panel removed?

As of now, I dont have one. But I used to have a Piranha, and the one thing that I really liked about it over Spyders, is the E-force frames. Much lighter trigger pull than the stock Spyders, I would say around 150grams or so.

I would say it's a bad candidate because it has a plastic frame.

But, could it work. Dont underestimate those things man They are durable little buggers. And they do make Metal versions as well, but they cost a bit more. I was just curious if it can be done? Or is doing what everyone else does be teh best way?

If they come in aluminum, my mod would probably work; I would need to see the frame first hand to be sure though.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time with the plastic frame; there are too many other frames to choose from.

Including mine, there are 3 ways I know of to do the conversion, what "way" did you have in mind?

So, picking up a Spyder frame would be my best bet if I were to make a hybrid mag?

And I was referring to the fact that every other mag that has had some other kind of frame (not hyperframe, E-mag lowers, or anything along those lines that are meant for mags) has put a Spyder frame on there, unless there is something I havnt seen. So I wanted to see if I could get a PMI frame on there.

It is proven, and there are lots of aftermarket stuff available for them, so it's a good choice.

I think it could be done if you start with an aluminum frame and if you have a mill and the know how.
