Ok, so last night I was sitting at my desk looking at my shocker's trigger frame (stock) and an automag's trigger frame (stock).

I realize that the size and location of screws are both very very close. So I measure and the placement of screws is the exact same.

So what I am going to do, is purchase an empty (no electronics, trigger,etc..) Shocker frame and dremel the inside so it will work with a mag sear assembly and trigger.

Any ideas, suggestions?

i dont know about donations but talk to damon at scenariodreams about putting a spyder t board in it. i got one in the hyper frame. damn fine board, and they eyes make it a bute. contact him and he will help you find a board that will best fit if you go that route.

I don't think you guys understand.

I am going to take ALL of the internals and elextronixs out of the Shocker Trigger Frame.

Then, dremel it so the sear assembly will fit in it.

It will still be a mechanical mag, just with a shocker trigger frame attached.

And the only piece we would really need donation wise would be the shocker trigger frame, but I doubt anyone around here just has one laying around.

If worst comes to worst, they are around $50. Not too bag for a neat project.

Where can you find a shocker frame??

Also can you remove the sear from the mag and bolt the shocker frame on just to double check it fits??

Well, my neighbor is funding the project since it is his mag. He has like $20 right now so once he saves up a bit more, like $20, he will be able to buy the shocker frame.

Then..Project Shmag will commence.

I'd maybe shoot a pm to logic about this before you start, to get his opinion.. since he mills his own shocker frames and his own mag frames I think he would have a pretty good idea of the similarities and differences. Just make sure its possible before you mess up a perfectly good frame.

im pretty sure he(Logic) does make these. They are called Ultimate Mech Mag Frames. They are exactly the same as the Shocker frames, modded for the sear

Do you have a link to where one could pick up a frame without electronics? Maybe I'll pick one up, I've been wanting to try this for awhile, not necessarly with Shocker frame, but it would be cool....
